From New Owners
It is our pleasure to announce that Calvary Chapel St. George is now the owner of Camelot Resort. We are very grateful and very excited for this opportunity and pledge to restore Camelot to its former beauty.
It was an enormous heartbreak and a very difficult decision for Laura and Melissa to come to the realization of having to sell Camelot. The fire and subsequent floods left a wake of devastation behind. Our hearts and prayers go out to them.
Once the warm weather returns, we will be working towards restoring the resort. Although the buildings are intact, the grounds need to be leveled, sprinkling systems need to be replaced and, subsequently, the lawns and fields replanted. It will be a time of new beginnings and also a time for a new name . . . Promised Land Resort.
Thank you for entrusting Camelot Resort to provide the facilities for your family reunions, business retreats, weddings, camping trips, and getaways. We understand that in the past the loyalty and support for Camelot has been exceptional. We hope that same loyalty will be extended to the Promised Land Resort.
