- We have a 1-night cancellation fee on all individual reservations.
- We require a 30% non-refundable deposit for the Lodge or contracted reservations. No changes to contract within 30 days of event. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to event.
- The Lodge & cabins require a 2-night minimum stay. Holidays require 2-night minimum stay.
- We allow 6 people (unless immediate family children) and 2 vehicles per tent site. Additional parking is available in the Overflow Parking.
- Pets are welcome at Promised Land Resort but must be on a leash at all times. They are not allowed in the Lodge or Lodge Cabins at any time. 2 pets are allowed in the two Camping Cabins located in the campground.

| Camping Cabins These rustic cabins have a queen-sized bed with two lofts for children. The front loft has a twin mattress while the rear loft has two twin mattresses. The lofts are accessible by a ladder. Since these are Camping Cabins, there is no running water. Guests may use the nearby campground restrooms and showers. Because the guests provide their own linens, sleeping bags, pillows, etc., 2 pets are allowed in these cabins. Each camping cabin has a mini-refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner and fire pit. | $130/Night | $140/Night | |

| Campground RV Double Sites | |||
| RV Double Sites 1-4 While the double RV sites can fit 2 RV’s, they are designed to allow RV’s cars, trucks and and off-road vehicles to be on one site. There is only one electric pedestal and one water faucet per double site. Site 1 has 50 amp electricity while sites 2-4 have 30 amp electricity. | Tent Sites TN01-4, TNC3 TN1-TN3 are individual camping sites along the river. They share a water hydrant but each has their own fire pit. The guests use the Campground restrooms and showers. We allow 2 tents and/or 6 adults per tent site, except TNC3 which holds 4 adults and/or 2 tents, due to the proximity of the Lodge Cabins. There can be two motorized vehicles per tent site, additional vehicles park in the overflow parking lot. | $40/Night | $45/Night | |
